A GUIDELINE ON HOW WE LIKE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR SPACE.

-Minimum Booking is 4 Hours

-Outside food and beverages are permitted

- No Smoking Allowed ( no exceptions )

- No Glitter, Confetti, Paint

- Content captured may not feature branded "ellipse" in wooden wall

- All ages are allowed in the space

- Smoke machines are allowed

-Nudity is allowed

- Please return the studio back to the condition it was in.

- Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.

- We are an active business. Please be respectful of our equipment and our space

-Production insurance is required
